¿Cómo es una terapia conmigo?
Mi forma de trabajar combina distintos enfoques psicológicos basados en evidencia científica, adaptados a cada persona y a cada momento vital.
Partimos de una mirada sistémica, que nos permite entender cómo tus relaciones, tu historia y el lugar que ocupas influyen en el malestar actual. Integro el EMDR, especialmente eficaz para trabajar experiencias traumáticas o bloqueos emocionales que siguen activos en el presente.
Cuando es necesario, incorporo estrategias centradas en la regulación emocional y herramientas cognitivo-conductuales, útiles para comprender y modificar patrones de pensamiento, reacción y conducta que ya no están funcionando.
En las primeras sesiones realizamos una orientación diagnóstica y definimos conjuntamente un plan de trabajo ajustado a ti, con objetivos claros y revisables, respetando tu ritmo y tu proceso.
